We brought the cravings home.
I grew up in the restaurant industry, wanting to build something of my own. Living and working across the US gave me a growing list of cravings I wanted to bring home: hot chicken, smash burgers, NY cart platters, gyros, waffles and drinks worth coming back for.
At home, we all wanted something different. I saw a chance to build the place we were missing.
Getting into the details
Bringing it together meant getting into the details—the ingredients, the techniques, the menu mix. Working out how different favorites could each hold their own. I named it Haazs because it reflects the food I love and the care I want people to experience.
